A statement made on behalf of the appellants that in full and final satisfaction of their claim, an amount of Rs.9,45,400/- (Rupees Nine Lacs Forty Five Thousand and Four hundred only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to appellants, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat a cheque representing shares of appellants No.5 and 6 i.e. 1/3rd of the amount hereby awarded in favour of Amar Nath- appellant No.6 and another cheque representing shares of appellant Nos.1 to 4 i.e. 2/3rd of the amount hereby awarded in favour of Gurmeet Kaur, total amount of Rs.9,45,400/- (Rupees Nine Lacs Forty Five Thousand and Four hundred only), within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry
