The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C (corresponding Section 528 of BNSS, 2023) for quashing of FIR No.711 dated 12.11.2020 registered under Sections 323, 365, 506, 511 & 34 IPC, at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal along with final investigation report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. dated 01.09.2021 (Annexure P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
