This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.97 dated 05.06.2023, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 18, 21, 25, 27-A and 29 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Sections 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar. 2. Briefly stating the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘ASI Rajbir Singh’.
