The case of the prosecution is that the complainant, Parmod Kumar, was working as an employee at a liquor vend situated in Village Sudhewal. On 06.02.2025 at about 7:30 a.m., while he was present at the liquor vend, the petitioner-Gurdeep Singh, came there and started arguing with the owner of the liquor vend.
