The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 25.08.2000 (Annexure P-4), whereby the request of the petitioner for grant of benefit under the ACP Scheme was declined. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner the benefit of ACP Scheme by fixing his salary as per Annexure P-7 & P-8 and to grant all consequential benefits along with interest. 2.
