The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.01.2012 (Annexure P-7), passed by respondent No.1, dismissing the appeal of the petitioner against the order dated 02.02.2010 (Annexure P-5), whereby punishment of recovery of Rs.5,93,789/- i.e. 20% out of Rs.29,68,945/- has been imposed. 2. The matter is being adjourned for want of presence of petitioner’s counsel since 12.09.2023, which continued upto 27.01.2025.
