The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned final seniority list of Divyang Clerks dated 20.06.2023 (Annexure P5) as well as the provisional seniority list dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P7) and further quash the promotional order dated 10.07.2023 (Annexure P6) issued by respondent No.2 being violative of instructions/memo dated 01.05.2019(Annexure P2) as well as instructions dated 25.03.2022 (Annexure P3).
