The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ or order in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to consider the case of petitioner and regularize her services in view of instructions of the department, State Government and judgments of various Hon’ble High Courts as well as Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Further commanding respondents to consider the case of petitioner in view of the length of service and daily duty period, even more than 130 regular vacant posts of Class-IV in the District are available with the respondents as the petitioner has rendered more than 17 years of service with department. 2.
