(Oral) The prayer in this petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of the regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.394 dated 16.10.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, 1860 (Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023), registered at Police Station City Sohna, District Gurugram. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the allegations, he impersonated the complainant. One Nitish, the beneficiary of the GPA, has been granted the concession of bail along with Narbir @ Narbir Huda @ Narbir Singh Hudda, who is a conspirator. One Mohd. Rashid, who is the witness of the GPA has also been granted the concession VISHAL SETHI 2026.07.15 10:43 of bail. As the petitioner is in custody
