Petitioner-Gagandeep Goyal, aged 35 years, has filed the instant second petition under Section 528 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.186 dated 23.11.2025 under Sections 61(2), 316(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 238(c) of BNS, registered at Police Station Sector-7, Panchkula. In the alternative, prayer has been made for release of petitioner on interim bail for a period of one month on medical ground for removal of gallbladder of the petitioner, surgery has been advised. 2.
