Falak”, filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter to be referred as “the Act”) at the instance of respondent-husband; from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehgarh Sahib. 2.
