The question fall for consideration in this appeal is that whether the learned Railway Claim Tribunal was right on rejecting the claim preferred by the claimant on the ground that no railway ticket has been recovered or produced by the applicant. 1.1 Being aggrieved by the judgment dated 08.08.2012 in case no. OA 0800280, the original claimant has preferred this appeal. By the impugned judgment, the learned Rail
