The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to issue confirmation order in favour of the Petitioner after successful completion of probationary period of three years and to fix the pay of the Petitioner in accordance with law by granting full pay scale alongwith all increments and arrears from the date of entitlement with interest at the rate of 12% per annum, consequential service and pensionary benefits as applicable. 2.
