The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Sections of Cr.P.C. are 438 and 482) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.163 dated 18.07.2025 under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC regis- tered at Police Station Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana. 2. This Court, vide order dated 23.02.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of their arrest, they were ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.).
