Sessions Judge, Jhajjar in case bearing FIR No.07 dated 08.01.2026 registered under Sections 115, 351(3), 110, 3(5) of BNS and 3(1)r, 3(1)s, 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act (Section 109(1) of BNS, 2023 added later on) at P.S. Beri, , District Jhajjar, Haryana, dismissing the bail petition of the appellant. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant contends that the specific injury on the head of Akash (injured) has been attributed to Monu alias Chintu, though there is a reference that Kapil and Dinesh (petitioner) also struck him on the head with a bat.
