The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 04.07.2026 (Annexure P-3), issued by respondent No.3, qua the petitioner only, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from the Branch Office, Kharar, Regional Office, Mohali to Branch Office Bhaini Mian Khan, Regional Office, Amritsar in total violation of the transfer policy dated 18.05.2026 (Annexure P-4).
