The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider and decide the representation dated 09.07.2026 submitted by the petitioner in a time bound manner and further seeking directions to official respondents to ensure that respondents No.6 to 11 to not interfere in the peaceful life, liberty and personal decisions of the petitioner. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits after arguing for some time that he would be satisfied if appropriate direction be issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, Haryana, to consider and decide representation dated 09.07.2026 (Annexure P-1) moved by petitioner and take necessary action thereupon in a time bound manner in accordance with law. 3.
