This is a petition for anticipatory bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’, in a case arising out of FIR No.101 dated 23.03.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1) [Section 118(2) added later on] of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar. 2.
