(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, in FIR No. 565, dated 17.09.2024, registered at Police Station Sector 10, District Gurugram. 2. At the time of hearing on previous dates, this Court was of the view that the dispute could be amicably resolved between the parties.
