The petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondent no.2 to shift the protection/safe home of the petitioners from Faridabad to Chandigarh to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no.4 and 5; as after passing speaking order dated 1.7.2026 in compliance of order passed by this Court on 18.5.2026, the petitioners are continuously receiving life threats at the hands of respondents no.4 to 8. Further, directions have been sought to respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 7.7.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action after amending the petition. 3. Ordered accordingly.
