The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.2 to 4 and 6 for ensuring a fair, proper, and effective investigation in FIR No.129 dated 05.06.2026, registered under Sections 109, 191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 307, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, respectively) and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Kambhoj, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits after arguing for some time that petitioner submitted an application/representation dated 01.07.2026 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Poli
