(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to respondents no.1 to 4 to reinstall 11 KV HT wire to the tubewell motor connection installed in the petitioner’s fields. 2. Learned counsel for respondents no.1 to 4 submits that the wire has been reinstalled and electricity has been restored to the tubewell. 3. The petition has, accordingly, been rendered infructuous and stands disposed of as such, without prejudice to the rights of respondents no.12 and 13 to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law in case they have any grievance against the electric wire/supply line to the petitioner’s tubewell.
