The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.99 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 304B, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Manda, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and her first bail application has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2024 which has been annexed alongwith the instant bail application on the ground that in second dying declaration of the deceased recorded by the ACP concerned deceased stated
