Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Sihani Gate, District - Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present case is registered under the U.P. Gangsters Act. As per the gang chart, the applicant is shown in three cases, in all of which he has already been enlarged on bail. Apart from these, a criminal history of 17 additional cases has been attributed to the applicant. Out of these, bail orders are available in five cases, while in the sixth case (also under the U.P.
