The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 110 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Mainather, District Moradabad during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR but it reflects, it is a case of circumstantial evidence and on the basis of suspicion he has been made accused in the FIR of the present case. 4.
