Heard Sri Lal Mani Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Prashant Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.394 of 2025, under Sections- 85, 80(2), 92 of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Mangalpur, District-Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
