Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Dipti Tiwari, learned counsel for opposite party no.4, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. This second bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Imran Ali seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.271 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 351(3) B.N.S.S., 5/6 POCSO Act and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 2.9.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.20910 of 2025. 3. Tersely, as per the allegation contained in the FIR applicant has committed unnatural sex with minor victims having age of 12 to 14 years. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior m
