The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.66 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 352 BNS and Section 3/25/27(3) Arms Act, Police Station Nahtaur, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant by causing firearm injury committed murder of his mother-in- law and incident has been witnessed by his wife i.e. daughter of the deceased but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 4. He next submits, as per prosecution applicant committed murder of the deceased in his house but inquest of the body of the deceased was conducted in the hospital on the information given by the hospital and this fact creates doubt on the e
