The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 405 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 of BNS, Police Station Wzirganj, District Budaun, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR in the present case was lodged by the applicant himself against unknown persons with regard to murder of his daughter, but during investigation, he himself has been made accused. 4.
