The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 301 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5)49 of BNS, Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with three others and according to the FIR he along with others committed murder of the brother-in-law (devar) of the informant but admittedly informant was not the eye witness. 4.
