Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Sri Vivek Mishra, learned advocate filed his power on behalf of the informant which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Amar Bahadur Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vivek Mishra, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.304 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Bhuta, District Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however applicant is named in the FIR and as per allegation she alongwith two others committed the murder of the deceased but admittedly informant of the case was not the eye-witness. 5. He next submits, however during investigation when investigating officer recorded the statement of one Rajjo then she stated that on 05.07.2025 she witnessed that applicant alongwith two
