Bail Application No.22112 of 2026 and the applicant is seeking parity. It is submitted that after arrest of co-accused Vipin Kumar Yadav @ Patu Chaudhary, applicant was apprehended by the police authorities at Varanasi. The name of applicant has surfaced in the confessional statement. The applicant has no previous criminal history.
