Heard Sri Jata Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manoj Gautam, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 100 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Madawara, District Lalitpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA submits that notice has been served on the firs informant. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
