The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 318 of 2025, under Sections 310(2), 112(2) BNS, Police Station Hariparvat, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the applicant was not named in the First Information Report and that his name surfaced only during the course of investigation on the basis of the statement of a co-accused. It is submitted that the First Information Report was initially lodged against unknown persons alleging that the accused persons had snatched the mobile phone of the informant despite his protest.
