The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.76 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 115(2) of BNS, Police Station Kerakat, District Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant and other accused who were total six in number chased the deceased and pushed him in a well due to which he died but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 4.
