The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 162 of 2026, under Sections 61(2), 65(1)/49 of BNS and Section 3/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Pilibhit, during the pendency of the trial. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
