The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 342 of 2025 under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2) & 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station-Massoorie, District-Ghaziabad., with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
