The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 118 of 2026, under Sections 69, 352, 351(3) BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Newarhiya, District Jaunpur with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3.
