The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 192 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352 and 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The injured has not received any injury which could be considered to be dangerous to life. ii. The applicant has a criminal history of one case in which he is on bail.
