The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 8, 9, 13(5) of the U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 Police Station Gambheerpur, District Azamgarh, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
