The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.401 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), 352 BNS, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case along with five other named accused persons. The co-accused Meena, Shayra and Sameer have been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court by the order dated 03.06.2026.
