Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Learned counsel for the applicant and Learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 116 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 115(2), 351(3) and 352 of B.N.S. Police Station - Sakaldiha, District Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Three persons namely Sandeep, Vivek Chauhan and Neeraj are said to have sustained injuries. No fracture has been noticed on the person of any of the injured. The injured Vivek Chauhan has not sustained any injury and no offence under Section 109(1) of B.N.S. is made out. H
