The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 224 of 2026 under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967, Police Station- Mughalsarai, District-Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
