The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 510 of 2025, under Sections 69, 115(2), 351(3), 324(4), 127(2), 318(4), 61(2)(a) BNS, Police Station Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar with a prayer to grant them anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are absolutely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicants. The main allegation has been levelled by the victim of the present case against co-accused Mustaq. Three applicants are ladies and the applicant no. 2 is the real brother of the co-accused Mustaq.
