The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 249 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 333, 115(2), 352, 112(2), 351(3), 117, 118(1), 110 of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Ughaiti, District-Budaun, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. A general role has been assigned to the applicant of assaulting the injured. There is no injury received by the injured which may be considered to be dangerous to life. ii.
