The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 377 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 406 of the I.P.C., Police Station – Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged quite belatedly on 09.07.2024. The money which is said to have been misappropriated has been deposited in the account of the co- accused Sakib alias Alishan and his wife. No monetary transaction is imputed to the applicant. The role of the applicant is of selling the Swift Dzire vehicle to th
