The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 277 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 427 of I.P.C., P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case; he has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. The applicant is not named in the F.I.R. and general allegation has been levelled in the F.I.R. The name of the applicant has surfaced in the subsequent statement of the first informant.
