The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 344 of 2025 under Sections 303(2), 111(4), 3(5), 61(2), 306, 317(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Khurja Dehat, District Bulandshahar, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. The applicant is not nominated in the F.I.R. though the F.I.R. was lodged after thorough investigation on 28.08.2025 in respect of alleged incident dated 17.07.2025. The applicant has been made accused during course of investigation on the basis of statement of Yaseen Khan.
