The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.461 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 117(2), 110, 324(4), 109(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station Gonda, District Aligarh, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive; he has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant.
