The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.329 of 2026, under Sections 3(5), 109(1), 115(2), 191(2), 324(2), 333, 351(3), 352 BNS, Police Station- Deoband, District Saharanpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. An FIR was lodged against the 21 named accused and 40 to 50 unknown persons. Similarly situated co-accused Ram Chandra and 7 others have been granted interim protection from arrest by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.12174/2026. Similar relief, till filing of police report, has been g
